Laughter is the best Medicine

One of the best things in the world that also brings so much cheer to life is laughter. It is really one of the best medicines in the world because when we laugh, we get healed. Most of our stress, anger, and pain get released when we laugh. A laugh heals our mind, body, and soul. It keeps us calm and composed. It is a supplement to balance physical and emotional health.

Being happy always keeps us healthy. It is the way to bring people together and bring about positive changes in their bodies. Laughter strengthens our immune system, lessens our pain, and reduces the stress we feel. Those who understand the importance of laughter and a happy face always remain focused.

In today's busy lives, people suffer from different mental health issues, which further turn into anxiety and depression. However, one can avoid all such problems by inculcating the habit of laughing. Utilising humour in troublesome situations can be one of the best methods of adapting to challenges and continuing with life.

Laughter is the best medicine, which teaches how a simple smile or laughter completely alters the mood of the surrounding area.
