On 15 January, Dr.Jay Mehta deal with student of Eng.Dept. at Maharaja KrishnKumarsinhji University.. As a result of that we learned base of Mass Media Study. Jay Mehta is always  energetic in his speech and with some positive vibes of poetic lines, He introduced us with Mass Media Study. Because Media is as a Fourth Pillar of Democracy. (The four pillars of democracy are Judiciary, Executive, Legislature and Media.)

The Mass Media is playing an increasingly large role in our everyday lives. The term mass media is mainly used by academics and media-professionals. When members of the general public refer to "the media" they are usually referring to the mass media, or to the news media, which is a section of the mass media. And the most common platforms for mass media are newspapers, magazines, radio, television, and the Internet.

Despite this,  He highlighted some of basic points of this study, was like…Television, Radio, Advertisement , cinema and Digital Media as platform of media  communication.

Furthermore, He gave an useful name of writers and speakers for listen and read to more in this area, like Prasoon Joshi, Prahalad Kakkad, Piyush Pandey, Barkha Dutt, Sagarika Ghosh, Shashi Ramavat, Dipak Soliya and few others…
Thus, overall it was an useful session for us. We learned same things with touch of newness.
