How a Teacher and Student should be?

How a Teacher should be?
How a student should be?

There is belief that India have great heritage in ideal education systeam. Which is known as 'Guru Shishya Parampara'.
Guru in the height of knowledge and Shishya have deep thirst for knowledge. Gautama Buddha   and his Shishya Annand are ideal in this tradition. But, with the change of time there is lot of change in this relationship of Teacher and Student.

Now question is that How a Teacher should be? And how a Student should be? I am student from last seventeen years so, let us first discuss about this question ‘How a Student should be?’
I try to make definition of student but I couldn’t’’  get it. But. Simply I find a single word for student is ‘Learner’ who have curiosity for knowing new things everyday. Not only student but, Thirst of knowledge makes everyone best in their field.
So, how a learner should be? In the answer of that I find some points like…

Self discipline
Good observer
Self trusted
Active or live in every activity
Exciting
Enthusiastic

Now a second question is how a Teacher should be?
First thing I found common in my most of teacher is that  they are life long learner. So, A less teacher more learner in everyday life, person like this can give always fresh thought to his/her generation and able to give bright vision to their students.

Everyone exist with their faults and best. It may happen that everybody have not same quality or ability to be Student or to be a Teacher. But, word learner is in center curiosity of knowledge creates best Teacher and Student.
