The Importance of Exercise

 The Importance of Exercise

Exercise is very important for a healthy life. It keeps our body strong and helps us stay active. When we exercise, our muscles become stronger, and our heart works better. Simple activities like running, skipping, and playing outdoor games keep us fit. As the saying goes, *"A healthy outside starts from the inside,"* which means taking care of our body makes us feel good inside too.

Exercise is not just good for our body but also for our mind. It helps us feel fresh and happy. When we move our body, we get more energy and can focus better in school. People who do not exercise often feel lazy and tired. That is why we should make exercise a daily habit, just like eating healthy food and getting enough sleep.

Regular exercise also makes us disciplined and confident. It helps us stay away from diseases and live a long, happy life. We can choose fun activities like cycling, swimming, dancing, or playing sports to stay fit. Remember, *"Health is wealth,"* so we should take care of our body by exercising every day.
